MAKE UP POLICIES
We understand life happens and we are dealing with children. If you have to miss any class due to illness, travel, weather or whatever, you may attend a make up DURING the month that you are registered for, in any class, subject to availability. BUT!
- You must notify us BEFORE the scheduled class In order to qualify for make up
- If you fail to notify us BEFORE the class time, you will not be eligible for a make up.
- ALL MAKE UPS EXPIRE 30 days from your scheduled DROP IN class.
- **Same if WE have to cancel due to teacher illness or weather. You may schedule a make up within 30 days of cancellation.
- We do not give refunds, credit or pro-rate for any missed kids classes.
- NO SHOWS or calling after the class has ended DO NOT GET A MAKE UP
- *We have a waitlist of people and limited class seats, therefore, if you are a NO SHOW or you miss your MAKE UP class, you do not get another make up.
- MONTHLY MEMBER MAKE UPS – You allowed unlimited make ups for missed classes within 6 months.
**If you cancel your monthly membership, you may carry ONE make up over to the following month.
***DO NOT ATTEND A MAKE-UP CLASS UNTIL YOU CONTACT THE OFFICE AND RECEIVE CONFIRMATION VIA PHONE OR EMAIL***
RECURRING MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
- It is your responsibility to cancel your monthly membership at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the monthly charge.
- We do not refund for memberships cancelled after the first of the month
